A lovely setting and a unspoilt traditional village pub

Food and location, lovely village friendly staff

We had a delightful room which had been part of the old Stables. Lots of space, plus a courtyard. The breakfast was superb, and the staff made us very welcome. We can recommend the woolpack to all travellers

A charming pub with good food and very helpful staff. The room was quaint but had a good en suite bathroom. The village itself is very attractive.

The rooms were well decorated with a nice view over the garden, liked it.

The room was warm and cozy, yet the bathroom felt outdated and needed improvement.

Friendliness of welcome. We were early,but housekeeper made sure there was a room available within the hour. Grounds were very pretty despite the torrential rain which greeted us.

We opted for the 'continental' breakfast. This was disappointing in that there were no croissant,pastries,cheeses or meats on offer. We even had to make our own tea! Not a great chore but it would have been nice to have hadf a little service with a smile. Check out is 10.30 which after a 10 breakfast could have been a little rushed.

Chilham is an extremely attractive village well placed for walks in local countryside. The rooms at the Woolpack are comfortable and clean and the food is very good quality and reasonably priced.

I appreciated the cozy, historical charm of the Woolpack Inn. The inviting decor, with comfortable seating areas that were perfect.

A wider breakfast menu would be appreciated for variety.

Offers comfortable and brilliant rooms with nice design. The location is central. It provides great restaurant nearby.

As soon as we arrived I was taken by the beautiful country environment. It was very quite and peaceful.

The only thing I found was the bedroom was quite small as well as the bathroom.

The location is charming, a quaint village with lovely historical vibes. Our room was spacious and comfortable, great for relaxation. We enjoyed excellent dining options and found the staff to be cute. Free onsite parking was a bonus. The overall decor felt cozy and inviting 😊

The hotel was fine. Although the booking was incorrectly placed through Booked.net. I had confirmation on a double room, they had a twin. I had £65, they had £75. I had no charge for a cot, they had £10... Not sure if it was Booked.net or the hotel who were in the wrong... Nevertheless I ended up £20 worse off. Unhappy about that.

Hotel staff was very helpful. Can enjoy riding bicycle seeing beautiful scenery and breathing fresh air. Good selection and taste of dinner even this is a small hotel at a rural area. Many shopes were closed (seemed permanently) in the town, so very small selections to do at the town; however you can relax. Considering the price, this hotel is a great choice.

Room was very small when having an extra bed.

The breakfast was good and the overall decor is really nice and cozy! The room was comfy and spacious enough for us as a couple. We loved the friendly vibe of the pub and it was lovely to have some onsite parking.

The room felt a bit outdated and we were disappointed that the bathroom door was hard to lock. There was some noise from other guests , made it difficult to sleep well.
